Charles Ragland starts his first college football season with the Cal Bears football team for 2009. However, he will not be alone. Fellow Denver, Colorado and Mullen High School team mate, Alex Logan, will join Charles Ragland once again in football action.

Charles Ragland was ranked by Scout.com as a three-star rated player and he was a member of the all-state team back in Colorado. One of his biggest high school accomplishments was when he contributed to 3 rushing touchdowns during the Mullen High School's state championship. The team won the game based in part of Charles Ragland's efforts.
