More Info
Alex Lagemann was born July 28, 1989 and grew up in Saratoga, California. His high school career at Saratoga High School was marked by many football successes. Scout.com rated Lagemann as the 49th best receiver in the U.S. while Rivals.com placed him as 68th. Additionally, Alex Lagemann was selected by SuperPrep Magazine to the All-Far West team.
As a Saratoga High School senior, Alex Lagemann stood out for scoring 16 touchdowns in 10 games. He also averaged 25.3 yards per punt return--impressive stats for a player in that league. Fittingly, he was awarded as league MVP in 2006 and also as the most valuable receiver in his league.
Alex Lagemann suffered a foot injury in 2008 and chose to redshirt the season. In 2009, he did not see action except for on the scout squad where he racked up several Scout Team Player of the Week nods. In 2009 he had 1 start and played in 11 games. He pulled in 12 receptions for 150 yards.
Off the field he is majoring in mass communications. Alex Lagemann is rested and ready to get back on the gridiron for 2010. Come support him by purchasing Cal Bears Tickets today!
